Here at Web Applications we like to do things a bit differently so we’ve decided to turn it into a little competition by giving our developers the chance to think of an idea.
Everyone has until Thursday to send their challenges in that can be on absolutely anything. The winner will then be announced on Friday where they will receive a prize and see their challenge submitted to the event.
The 24 hour coding competition is a first for Manchester, held at the Museum of Science and Industry during the Manchester Science Festival on 27th and 28th October. Teams of up to 4 will turn up on the Saturday to network and watch the introduction before the hacking begins. Then just one day later they have to present a working product to the judges.
We’re really looking forward to not only the ideas our best and brightest developers come up with but also the event itself. Hack Manchester is a great way to showcase the area’s thriving technology talent; we can’t wait to see what happens!
