Dear User Group Members,

As the scheduled day approaches for the User Group Seminar we have some news to share with all of you. For many years Web Applications UK has been preparing for expansion and has talked incessantly about implementing a ‘Glocal’ strategy, with geographically dispersed sister companies. Recently we have been engaging in some very exciting talks which would encourage the opening of a US branch. Expansion has been something that has been very close to our hearts for a long time and when opportunity knocks, we answer.

Every year Web Applications UK looks forward to the User Group Seminar as the most important event of the year. It is the time when we get to share what we have been working on and enjoy quality time with each of our customers. We value this event as priceless and, it would take a huge opportunity, like the opening of Web Applications US to even consider delaying or postponing the seminar. Chief Executive Craig Dean considers the User Group Seminar as extremely necessary to the way we interact with our clients and customers as it is the day we stand up in front of all of you, and share what we have been working on over the past year.

Unfortunately, the US opportunity now means that Craig will be in the US during the time the UGS was scheduled to occur. Not only is it important for us that Craig attend the UGS and be available for you to speak to, it is of great importance to Craig that he be present. For this reason we will be postponing the User Group Seminar until later this year. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will update you on the revised date as soon as possible – as we are aware of how busy you all are and how difficult it is to arrange a date, we will ensure we give you plenty of notice of the new date. We are excited that we may have some great news to share with all of you on Craig’s return to the UK, and ask for your understanding in this matter.

We continue to look forward to planning the UGS and hope that you will all be able to attend. Once again, we will provide more information as soon as it is available.

Our sincerest apologies,
Craig Dean
Chief Executive
