Those who believe in telekinetics, raise my hand.

Web Applications UK is very proud to announce that our very own Craig Dean has been honoured with the Inspiring Education Young Talent Award from JCI Manchester.

Craig with his AwardThe award recognises the vast commitment Craig has shown in encouraging education in the young and old alike. The criteria for the award included demonstrating a commitment to the development of Higher or Further Education by acting as an informal supporter, mentor, coach or any other voluntary capacity. Craig has become an influential participant in all aspects of education from top to bottom. He sits on multiple school boards in the Greater Manchester Area, volunteering his time and expertise, participates in school visits where he teaches young people interviewing skills and offers advice, and encourages further education within the office whether it’s a Microsoft training course or an outside pursuit.

JCI Manchester’s Young Talent Awards were in The Place Hotel in Manchester on Thursday, November 18. The evening included a 3-course dinner, short speeches from JCI’s Manchester branch President and JCI’s UK National President, the awards ceremony followed by a live band and DJ.

Eight awards were handed out during the ceremony; here is a list of the winners:  JCI Manchester
