Christmas preparations pick up steam

One of the most important of rules when organising events for a group of developers is the “four D’s” rule:

Developers Don’t Do Disco

It does limit the choice of venues for a good Christmas party, and we do like a good Christmas party.  That’s why this year, we’re really excited to be partnering with a venue that has so much to say about the kind of company we are.

The Museum of Science and Industry is passionate about education, something we also feel strongly about it.  It’s also homed in some old converted mills, just like us.  But best of all, it’s got engines… big ones!

Whilst we don’t do Disco, developers do do engines, so we’re stoked (ahem!) to be taking over the Power Hall with it’s steam engines and locomotives, as the venue of this years Christmas Party and annual (hotly-contested) Webbies Award ceremony.  There just so much scope for humour, I can barely contain myself.

The party will be on the evening of Friday 11 December, and so you may find us in a somewhat festive mood if you call during the preceding week, but don’t worry we won’t let it get in the way of continuing to provide our industry beating customer service.
