On June 15, 2010 Web Applications’ Craig Dean will take his place on a five-person panel discussing the changing face of Office Communication. The event is now fully booked, but make sure to register your interest if you haven’t already and get yourself on that waiting list!
Travolution has announced its first Question Time of the year, sponsored by Web Applications UK. The event will be held on Tuesday June 15th at the Charlotte Street Hotel in London. Question Time will have a panel of five travel industry and communication experts, including our very own Craig Dean, Seamus Conlon from Cruise.co.uk and Andy Washington from Lastminute.com, as well as Steve Tassell (Unified Communications Product Manager) from Microsoft and Facebook’s David Parfect. Also on stage will be Lee Hayhurst from Travolution acting as the debate moderator. The topic of discussion will be ‘A communication revolution is coming. Is your business ready?’
In a climate dominated by Apple’s latest products, social networking, live document sharing and cloud computing it is clear that things are changing in the world of business communication. The question is - can the travel industry afford not to be an early adaptor? If you have any questions about how communicating through digital interactions is going to affect your business in the next ten years, this is your opportunity to find the answers. The panel chosen looks ideally designed to discuss the topic from both a travel and technology standpoint, with Web Applications perfectly intersecting the two perspectives.
Web Applications plans to have a 15 minute presentation before the discussion begins to illustrate the full power of the latest communication technology so that our audience can grasp the extent of this revolution.
Registration for this event is now closed because it is fully booked but, if you are an eternal optimist visit Travolution’s Question Time webpage and register your interest with Angela. We are thrilled that so many people are coming to hear our thoughts! Well, it’s always possible they are coming to hear other people speak too, but we can’t be sure. Web Applications is very excited to be a part of such an important debate and we are confident this will be a landmark discussion. The event will begin at 6pm and will last approximately 2 hours. If you are planning on attending, make sure to send us a message (or leave a comment) and let us know!
