Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration: 2 days instructor led with additional homework
This two-day hands on course is aimed at IT professionals who need CRM technical knowledge for impending implementations or to support and administer CRM. Delegates should possess a good working knowledge of Internet Explorer, Outlook 2007 or 2010. The course assumes a working level of knowledge of the standard application functionality of CRM 2011. Using the online version of CRM for practical work, the course covers a range of topics including; the typical tasks carried out by CRM administrators, developing CRM reports and managing CRM system settings.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Skills for IT Professionals: 3 days instructor led with additional homework
This three-day programme is for information workers who will be using CRM tools on a daily basis for marketing and customer service. Delegates should possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (2007+), Excel and Word. Ideally, they should also have good understanding of database driven models and experience in or exposure to sales, marketing and service processes. This course equips IT professionals with experience and understanding of CRM 2011 allowing you to use, understand and configure the core functions of the product. It covers a range of topics including; why organisations use CRM technology and working with CRM activities and queues.
Both courses will be led by Peter Clements, the founder of Dynamicsbase Ltd, an Oldham based specialist Dynamics CRM consultancy. Peter has more than 10 years’ experience of managing CRM implementations and providing consultancy to major CRM users. He is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
