Sage Pay – Scheduled Maintenance

Sage Pay will once again be performing some scheduled maintenance overnight.  The maintenance will take place between 10pm and midnight on Tuesday night (June 8, 2010).

What is NOT affected:

This maintenance will not affect any new Payment, Deferred and/or Authenticate transactions processed during the maintenance window.

What IS affected:

During the scheduled hours of maintenance (again, 10pm to midnight) users will be unable to view or perform actions such as Refund, Void, Repeat, RepeatDeferred, Release, Abort, Cancel and Authorise against any archived transactions.

WHO is affected:

This includes anyone with a Direct integration into Sage Pay Go and those using Sage Pay’s Reporting and Admin API.
